Here you'll find answers to questions that we come across frequently. There's also some good information in here that may not be considered "obvious" from the get-go, so this area is certainly worth a read, even for some seasoned players.

Yes, progress is linked across all maps. However, the car you spawn with is the car you last used on that map, so your first time on each map will always be in the starter car. Remember to save your config so that you can spawn it on each server.
In CaRP, all turdies come with messed up tuning. You must fix this for it to drive normally. Baselines can be found here.
Please note: these values are designed for use with the turdie parts, they might not translate well to a fully built vehicle, since the suspension parts affect the geometry. If you would like more information about tuning, feel free to ask in 🤔-questions
You probably ran out of gas, you can use emergency refuel in the CaRP help UI. If you cannot afford this, it will be given for free.
Wipes are not planned, they will only ever happen if major gameplay changes are made. However, if you would like to wipe your own account and start again, you can do this in the CaRP settings UI.
If you do not want the UI to reappear, you must close it with the menu that you opened it from, by clicking on the icon. Using the X on the UI window will not make it stay closed.
Unless you are breaking the rules, it is unlikely that you are being kicked. The two main reasons for this are internet problems on your end, or server restarts. Due to the nature of the server, it can restart at random, but these restarts can be seen here so you can determine if it is a problem on your end or not.
We use some modded maps on CaRP, sometimes this means that the vanilla maps will merge with them, blocking some areas.
Go here and delete the broken map, it will redownload when you rejoin the server C:\Users\Yourusername\AppData\Local\BeamNG.drive\0.35\levels
Daily missions must be completed on your daily map.
Vehicles have a cargo cap. This cap can be viewed in the chat when you reset the vehicle.

In the example above, the chat is displaying that the car has 49 cargo unlocked out of the maximum of 49 - it has reached the cap.
On the main vehicle spawn menu that shows all of the cars, enable "Include custom .PC configurations" on the right hand side.

Beamadvisor does not work with electric vehicles
Yes and no. You cannot preview parts in normal servers, however there is a Garage server that lets you create and test car configurations freely. Search for "Garage" in the server list and look for the usual CaRP tag in the list.
Additionally, you can preview all the available wheels here
